Atif has over 10 years of experience providing IT project management support to a large variety of customers. Atif is an expert in conducting performance planning and analysis for major complex programs areas using Project Management and Agile principles (leadership, communications, subject matter expertise, scheduling, risk / cost / quality management, tasking, and organization). He possesses skill sets in analytical techniques and programming platforms to include: Python, Data Visualization, and Statistics. He has created and delivered multiple professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and reports using both Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Atif has led both assessment teams and development teams by defining and developing project objectives and goals, planning and scheduling of overall projects, day-to-day management of project activities. He has a proven track record of ensuring projects stay on-time and on-budget through oversight and quality control methods. Atif has helped navigate and guide customers through complex technical, contractual, or regulatory issues and provided creative solutions to help lower costs or meet project objectives. Atif has led comprehensive projects spanning the wide spectrum of disciplines to include IT development, geospatial engineering, requirements gathering, machine learning model development, and technical writing. His proficiency in leading both API development efforts and data mapping have helped expand his subject matter experience in data forensics of digitally stored information (ESI). He has led the efforts in assisting GSA digitally populate newly published Building Evaluation Report (BER) data into BAT’s BER module within the IRIS platform. His efforts have helped streamline and ensure that data within the BER module can speak to other modules of IRIS to include BAT, WI, and FMA. He has also spearheaded efforts to utilize data obtained from BERs and map that data to its respective sections of the BAT survey.

Danial Shah | Building Assessment Analyst 

Danial is a highly skilled business analyst with a proven track record of achievement in requirements gathering, creation of functional requirements, process flow analysis and design, conducting functional and regression testing, coordinating user acceptance testing, content management analysis, database architectures, detailed data analysis and modeling, proof of concepts coordination. He has helped assist in collaboration efforts with building assessment and data mapping teams to help meet milestones and deadlines. More recently, Danial has played a pivotal role in assisting in populating cost estimates into GSA’s cost estimating applications to ensure multiple applications can talk to each other and use the data more effectively. He has also helped map BER cost requirements into their respective BAT survey sections. He is skilled in HTML, Java, Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Requirements Management.  

Danial possesses strong computer/technology skills and is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, with capabilities in Powerpoint and Google Suite.  His keen attention to detail with excellent time management, strong communication make him an indispensable part of our assessment team apparatus.  The following are some of just some of his proficiencies that he brings to the table:
